The Proactive program centers around you and your needs. Starting off with a free mobility, and readiness assessment for all new personal training clients, we’ll gauge what level of conditioning you are at, as well as what exercises and stretches you will get the most benefit from. Your program will be tailored to you to fix potential muscle imbalances, improve endurance, and get your body moving as efficiently as possible. How we bring the gym to you

We start with the most important part- Protective flooring, in a ready to move form factor so we can protect your home from your workout. We have exercise bikes, workout cables, dumbbells, barbells and bands; all within a rack like what you would find in a gym. All you need is an 8ft by 8ft area for us to set up.

Our Personal Trainers are Certified Corrective Exercise Specialists and Nutrition Coaches so your every session will be geared toward improving your body’s health and well being.
